By registering or using the Canton Q8 platform, you confirm that you: • Are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. • Have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Orders are subject to product availability. • All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include applicable taxes, if any. • Order confirmation is sent by email or in-app notification. • We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund. • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and demand.
Canton Q8 accepts the following payment methods: • KNET — Kuwait's national payment network. • Visa and Mastercard credit and prepaid cards. • Digital wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) and the in-app wallet. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
• Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Return & Exchange Policy published on the website. • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from approval. • Accepted and non-returnable cases are detailed on the "Return & Exchange Policy" page.
Canton Q8 operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers: • Sellers are independent merchants, solely responsible for their listings. • We verify sellers but do not guarantee the accuracy of all seller-provided information. • We mediate buyer–seller disputes and reserve the right to make the final decision. • Sellers must comply with our seller policies and the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Strictly prohibited: • Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings or reviews. • Any form of harassment, abuse or discrimination. • Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise platform security. • Using the platform for illegal activity or money laundering. • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent bans. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
All platform content — logos, designs, text and software — is owned by or licensed to Canton Q8 Company. • You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. • User-generated content (reviews, images) remains yours, with a license granted to us to display it on the platform. • Third-party seller trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Canton Q8 is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use. • Loss of data, profits or business opportunities. • Acts or omissions of independent sellers or delivery partners. • Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question. Express carve-out (Article 495 of Civil Code 67/1980): This limitation or exemption of liability does not apply in cases of fraud, deception, or deliberate concealment of a defect. Any clause waiving the warranty in case of fraud is absolutely void, and neither the platform nor the seller may invoke any liability exemption against the buyer where fraud or deception is proven.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. • Users are notified of material changes via in-app notification or email. • Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and Kuwaiti courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any related dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
